Job Description:
Role Summary The Onsite Client Account Support Senior Analyst is
an extension of the Client and Cigna Account Management Team. You
play a critical role applying your relationship management,
advocacy, service skills and wellness knowledge to develop a
partnership with a key client. This role is vital to the success of
the Client's well-being strategy to promote a culture of total
wellness for all employees, retirees and their dependents. As our
liaison, you will bring key insights and program delivery
opportunities to the Account Management Team's strategy discussions
to ensure we continue to provide solutions to the Client that
exceed service expectations to access care. A key focus of this
role is building trust with the Client to assist their employees
and retiree population in getting optimal care at the right time
and in the right setting; thereby reducing their costs and the
costs to the plan. This role is a vital extension and critically
important member of the Client Benefit and Wellness Team. Duties &
Responsibilities Deliver hands-on, dedicated, personalized support
to the Client, their employees, retirees, and the Human Resource
team You will provide education and guidance around plan offerings,
benefit optimization, steerage, key well-being initiatives, as well
as tool and resource navigation. This may include lunch and learn
sessions, presentations, or general communication development in
alignment with client's programs and services (myCigna.com,
incentives, discount programs, health savings account, etc.)
Respond to employee and retiree inquiries, solve problems, and
ensure client satisfaction with Cigna products and services Respond
to, own and assist with escalated, complex issues and inquiries
from the Client's benefits delivery team and/or the employees,
including, but not limited to complex claims, authorizations,
denials, appeals, incentive issues, etc. Interact with provider
offices to respond to employee billing issues, access to services,
etc. Partner with the client on execution of their well-being
strategies and initiatives Develops programs that create awareness,
motivation and provides tools to employees that help them adapt and
maintain a well-rounded healthy lifestyle Coordinate vendor
involvement and participation in onsite well-being activities
Partner with Cigna matrix partners on global service issues
impacting the Client and customers Participate in new hire
onboarding and open enrollment/health fair support as needed
Perform general administrative duties as needed for incentive
program and well-being activities Qualifications Minimum of 2-4
years of experience in health and wellness field Bachelor's degree
in health education, health promotion, or related field required;
CHES preferred Experience in a provider office setting preferred
Experience in health education preferred Experience with direct
member communication (written and verbal) Ability to work
respectfully with people at all levels Experience conducting
educational groups Highly skilled in making presentations and
influencing others Excellent communication skills both verbally and
in writing and Self-starter; able to work independently to get

craft new and unique ideas Understands the cultures of
