professional with a proven track record of designing intuitive and
effective digital experiences. Anticipating customer's needs and
helping them successfully self-serve is in your DNA. In this role
you will work closely with stakeholders in business, services
units, and external vendors to design and support delivery of
digital customer self-service capabilities. This includes designing
and improving our online customer experiences, identifying key
digital performance indicators, building relationships, and
coordinating with business stakeholders and IT partners. The key
function of this job is to work with product teams to leverage
customer-centered design best practices to optimize end-to-end
customer experiences across all lines of business.A Typical Day in
Your World at The StandardInterpret atomic design and our design
system to create delightful experiences for our customersWork with
a multidisciplinary team to define requirements and develop digital
solutionsLeverage customer feedback, insights, and usage data to
better craft durable experiences throughout our ecosystemDesign and
build prototypes in Sketch, Axure, InVision and like tools to
socialize and document our experiencesDevelop user profiles, user
requirements, use cases, and scenarios to help focus product teams
on solving the right problemsWork with our design system team to
keep our products on-brand and focusedWhat You Bring To The
TeamPassionate about resolving user pain points through great
design.Ability to think in component systems while at the same time
design smart, durable experiences.Experience working with and
extending enterprise design systems.Insurance and/or financial
services background is beneficial.Enthusiasm for working with
development teams and product owners to deliver durable
products.Ability to create branded iconography and/or illustration
is helpful.Demonstrated experience and passion for digital design
and development.Experience with digital application development
methodologies, life cycles, and best practices. Strong knowledge of
and experience in Agile development methodologies.Genuine interest
in higher education and continuous improvement in skills and
knowledge.Experience: At least 3 years' experience designing user
experience and interaction design for enterprise-level applications
and web properties.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer
Science, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Business,

this role is listed below.The Standard's package also includes
incentive planparticipationand comprehensive benefitsincluding

eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to
the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on
various factors, including individual and organizational
performance.Salary Range:$74,400.00 - $138,900.00Standard Insurance
