nnHRIS Specialist nnDuration: 1 year nnLocation: Hybrid in Raleigh, NC - must be vaccinated nnAble to work independently and manage time wisely nnPerform data entry into Workday HR database and run various reports. nnMay provide administrative support for multiple areas of the human resources function, including Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development. nnRequired Years of Experience: 2-4 years nnnnTop Required 3 Skill Sets: Highly detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, able to work independently and manage time wisely, analytical and critical thinking skills nnTop 3 Nice to Have Skill Sets: Excellent written and verbal communication, Advanced MS Excel Skillset, Multitasking/Processing nnUnique Selling Point of this role: New Shared Services team, with new opportunities being created nnTask break down (by %): 15% Case Management 5% HR administrative work 80% HR processing work nnRequired Degree or Certification Not required nnAny Disqualifiers?nnNo HRIS or HR data management experience nnConduct verification and/or validation of employee information related to compensation, terminations, status and position changes, organization and department changes, pending new hires and rehired employees, employee transfers, employee personal information and process applicable changes in an accurate and timely manner.nnnnMaintain and administer accurate and timely HR data in the global HR System;ninput, update and reconcile data as required to ensure information is current and accurate.nnnnProvide support for a range of HR administrative processes supporting the employee lifecycle, including such areas as Onboarding, Employee Service Awards, Performance Management, Terminations, Unemployment Compensation and Verification of Employment.nnnnContribute to the on-going development of the HR knowledge base to help employees quickly and easily find answers their questions via self-service.nnnnManage cases, monitor cases, and close cases within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and escalate complex cases as needed.nnnnTroubleshoot HR related issues (or re-route if question should be answered by HR subject matter experts). nnAudit global data entry on a regular basis to review data for accuracy and compliance. nnAssist with creating or updating internal training tools and process manuals for team members to maximize the effective use of Workday.nnnnCollaborate with other regional HRSS teams for alignment and knowledge sharing. nnPartner with key stakeholders such as Managers, People Technology, Mobility, Benefits and Payroll to resolve data issues. nnTest new HR Workday enhancements prior to general release.nnProactively identify areas of improvement in HR processes and documentation. nnParticipate in ad hoc HR projects as directed by team leader. nnKnowledge, Experience and Skills: nnPossess a strong customer service orientation while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentially with each interaction nnFamiliarity and understanding of HR policies and procedures nnAbility to prioritize workload to complete assigned deliverables within the allocated timeline nnMust possess strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook skills.nnnnHave a positive attitude about repetitive job responsibilities nn2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in HRIS, Payroll, Benefits field and a high school diploma.nnCollege Diploma or University Degree with concentration in Business Management or Human Resources Management preferred nnExperience with Workday preferred nnProficient in Microsoft Office nnHighly detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills nnAble to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks as assigned nnCommunicate well with others and have excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
