Service Planning Rep I (MAINT-INCR-04202022-001)
Introduction:
The Service Planning Representative position is an operational role
responsible for providing technical analysis for leading edge
technology and support that extends to the end user environment for
Toshiba. This position is leveraged throughout the lifecycle of
products and customer agreements and includes engagement during the
sales and solutions process. The role requires a flexible work
schedule and off hours support of this technology.
This person will be focused on supporting OEM products in Toshiba
Maintenance Agreements and Opportunities and requires knowledge of
the retail environment and various store configurations. Technical
knowledge and leadership on products in retail client environments
is required; while an understanding of technical support, knowledge
of product and parts sourcing, repair methodologies, and repair
processes is preferred. This candidate will be provided training
and will be working with the customer, engineering teams,
suppliers, and procurement teams; a strong communications skill set
with customer experience is required.
