We're doubling in size in 2022 and we are looking to bring in our very first Talent Operations Lead to join our largest client, Atlassian. This role will oversee a small team of recruitment coordinators and play a key part in optimizing the recruitment processes across the business.

What you'll do:

  • Manage a team of recruitment coordinators
  • Create and deliver the onboarding of new hires, manage ramp up, candidate experience, hiring manager experience, and interview process
  • Optimize the recruitment coordination process, metrics, feedback, reporting, systems, tools, and innovation.
  • Manage team KPIs: Candidate, recruiter, hiring manager satisfaction surveys, interviews booked, time to schedule, time to ramp.

    Process Optimization:
    • Manage clean up of ATS system - Lever
    • Reporting & data cleanup of conversion ratios, as well as cleanup of rejected candidates in system
    • Implementation of Candidate and Manager feedback surveys
    • Onboarding new hires, introducing and training on new tools
    • Syncing our process and ensuring strategy with internal and vendors is aligned with other third party teams
    • D&I Initiatives
    • Create and manage referral program

      Requirements

      Requirements:
      • 6 years of experience within Recruitment Coordinating, Talent Operation or Recruitment
      • 1+ years of experience managing a team of Recruitment Coordinators
      • Knowledge of data analytics, reporting and funnel of recruitment
      • Experience with Lever and Good Time a plus
      • Implementation of processes and experience with leading projects in talent operations
