Are you interested in forecasting and incorporating business intelligence to identify trends in the market? As a Procurement Coordinator, you will work to continuously improve our supply chain function and work to align our inventory procedures. In this role, you will coordinate inventory changes in the business to ensure high accuracy of inventory needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
As the Procurement Coordinator, you will work within a corporate culture where Performance, Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation, and Celebration are the mantras of success. In this role, you will:
Handle daily accessory and device ordering for sub-agents, business sales teams, and any other sales channels outside of our corporate-owned retail stores.
Assist with daily creation and communication of product availability to sub-agents.
Serve as Inventory purchasing point of contact for sub-agent and business teams.
Act as a backup to our Device and Accessory Demand Planners to submit orders for our corporate-owned retail stores in the event of an absence or leave.
Own and manage the accessory dropship escalations and resolve customer issues.
Manage tickets and requests coming through the Support Central ticketing system.
Collaborate on brand transitions, new product introduction, events, phase in and phase out items.
Aid in the documentation and standard operating procedures for demand planning processes and systems
Prepare/build reports and communicate forecast and inventory measurements both internally and externally (to our distribution partner and brands)

COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Accuracy, attention to detail, and an analytical mind all seem to describe you. You are interested in demand management/forecasting, forecasting processes in sales, marketing, operations, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain issues. We are looking for the Procurement Coordinator to also bring the following:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
0-2 years of experience in a role doing inventory scheduling and purchasing
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with RQ4 is preferred
Previous experience with JDA is preferred
Good communication and team-building skills
Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical skills
Knowledge of key inventory performance metrics
Collaborative skills in resolving long and short positions in inventory
