We are looking for an Implementation Integration Specialist to

The Integration Specialist is an integral part of Bottomline's
Customer Engagement Solutions Implementation Services team. The
Integration Specialist will configure, test, and troubleshoot
various integration adopters in support of the client
implementation of the hosted SAAS product offering running in
The Integration Specialist acts as a technical subject matter
expert, both internally and externally, for product system
configurations and integration options.
This role is available out of an R emote location within the US,
East Coast preferred.

How You'll Contribute
Own all integration and connectivity tasks for the implementation
of the Customer Engagement Solutions product suite based on
Integration Implementation: Implement specifications and work with
Implementation Services teams to ensure the overall client solution
is configured and tested for quality.
Communicate task and project status to multiple internal and
external key stakeholders, as needed
Learn about new product enhancements as they are released, both
from a business and technical integration perspective, to ensure
ongoing support for client implementations
Provides subject matter expertise to Bottomline's Customer Care
organization as it relates to maintenance and support of customer
What Will Make You Successful
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
Previous experience in a technical role for client software support
3+ years of technical exposure with JSON, XML, XSLT, REST and SOAP
for real-time webservice calls with SoapUI and/or ReadyAPI, and FTP
Experience with SaaS technologies, that include: application
platforms, integration and messaging technologies
Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies. Ability to prioritize
effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally
Knowledge of version control and code management processes, such as
GIT and TortoiseSVN
Prior interaction with Jira and Salesforce as issue tracking and
Exposure to Financial Services technology preferred
