Job Description:

LTK is seeking a Client Success Team Lead to build, lead and manage a newly formed team whose mission is to enhance customer platform success while increasing revenue and sales productivity.

As the leader for the Client Success team, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations leaders to help define and manage LTK's systematic processes to improve customer platform education and optimization, support revenue growth strategies and provide a best-in class experience for our brands and retailers.

What You'll Do

  • Hire, manage and lead a team of high-performing, customer-facing enablement professionals
  • Work with relevant stake-holders to define and scope additional initiatives as needed to drive gains in sales productivity, customer acquisition, product-specific growth, frontline rep performance, demand generation, partner contribution etc.
  • Own and continuously find opportunities to enhance our customer pipeline
  • Lead a team with OKRs dedicated to providing unparalleled customer service while identifying and qualifying revenue opportunities
  • Measure and monitor the revenue impact of initiatives across the Enablement team, focusing on KPIs such as Time to Revenue, Lead Conversion Rate and Sales Funnel Transition Rates
  • Build relationships across the business and partner closely with Sales & Marketing leadership to manage and qualify sales leads, while creating functions who identify gaps in lead conversion and pipeline transitions
  • Develop a strategy to drive tech stack adoption in partnership with the Marketing, Product and Operations teams
    • 7+ years experience in client-facing success role, including sales enablement, sales operations, rev ops or sales strategy (digital marketing, technology experience preferred)
    • 3+ years of experience leading a team during a period of high growth in a performance-oriented culture
    • Exposure to a quota carrying role
    • SaaS experience preferred
    • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to communicate and distill complex concepts into clear and meaningful outputs for all levels
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and business acumen
    • Aptitude for framing business questions with data and translating business needs into strategies
