Personify, the #1 Recruiting Company in the Triangle for the past 10 years running (as featured by the Triangle Business Journal), and one of the fastest growing RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) organizations in the US is searching for our next Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new RPO business. As a BDR, you will work closely with the Enterprise Sales Team to find and engage new prospects through outbound prospecting and social selling. A typical day in the life of an RPO BDR will consist of market research, outbound calls, email outreach, and social selling to identify key stakeholders and potential opportunities across the US.   • Efficiently manage a high volume of both outbound and inbound emails and calls to introduce Personify's RPO solutions, and identify potential opportunities
  • Ensure a seamless handoff of qualified meetings (discovery calls, demos) to the rest of the sales team, and take part in the sales process through close
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity in Personify's CRM (salesforce.com), and sales tech stack (Salesloft, Zoominfo, etc)
  • Analyze sales data and recommend new outreach strategies to sales leadership
  • Provide suggestions to the Sales Lead to improve external communication and internal processes

    • The ability to proactively engage new clients by tailoring a pitch through a combination of research and empathy
    • An adaptive, creative, consultative and human sales approach--every conversation is different, there are no scripts
    • The skills to passionately and clearly articulate the value proposition of Personify's talent acquisition solutions
    • A knack for asking great questions to uncover issues with a prospect's current recruiting process and pain points
    • An understanding of how to qualify buyer interest and identify target customers
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent analytical and database management skills
    • A team-player attitude with a strong desire to help improve internal processes beyond your day-to-day tasks
    • A desire to learn, grow, and make each day better than the one before it
      What You Need to Bring to the Table:
      • Interest in growth in an enterprise sales career
      • Passion for providing excellent service, talent acquisition, and an ability to speak knowledgeably about the industry
      • Clear communication, a strong motivation to exceed goals, and a commitment to integrity
      • Excellent writing skills with attention to grammar and tone
      • An analytical thinker who can see trends across vast amounts of data
      • A self-starter who can diagnose inefficiencies and optimize processes to maximize results
      • 2+ years of customer-facing/phone sales experience a part of SaaS or B2B company is preferred
        Desirable Skills:
        • B2B sales experience
        • Experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, and or experience selling into HR is a plus but not required
        • Experience with CRM, specifically Salesforce and Salesloft.
