POSITION TITLE
Inside Sales Representative

LOCATION

This position is available to remote applicants residing in the following states/locations: Remote California (Orange County) Colorado (Denver area) or Arizona (Phoenix area)

YOUR ROLE
The Inside Sales Representative provides strategic coverage for the regional sales segment, collaborating with regional account managers to drive top line growth at their assigned accounts. The ISR will build relationships with transactional mortgage insurance decision makers and drive the Enact value proposition while providing world class service. In this role, you’ll leverage phone, email, video, and other creative sales tools to engage and connect with new and existing customers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service and integrity, by responding quickly and accurately to customer questions and requests
• Utilize creativity and initiative in establishing rapport with customers over the phone, email and other forms of communication, embracing and fully utilizing sales enablement tools
• Collaborate effectively within team sales structure that includes Regional Vice Presidents, ISR Managers, Account Managers, Account Executives, and Sales Force Effectiveness Team
• Proactively and strategically manage territory or specific sales segment accounts by conducting sales calls on existing and new customers in assigned territories both in person and virtually
• Remain current on relevant industry issues and Enact products and services, partnering with customers as a subject matter expert in Mortgage Insurance
• Evaluate customer needs and present Enact value propositions, including recommendations for customer training needs

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of private mortgage insurance, mortgage industry, or inside sales experience
• Travel up to 15%, as needed and work occasional overtime
• Ability to work Pacific or Mountain hours (work schedule is aligned with the territory and accounts)
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse work group
• Strong negotiation, collaboration, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively on the phone and face-to-face with internal employees and external customers
• Ability to prospect new customers, profile customers, and develop account sales strategies

Additional Information:
Within our company the base salary pay range for the job level Inside Sales Representative S2 starts at a minimum rate of $49,200 per year, with a maximum rate of $88,800, and a mid-point of approximately $69,000 (in all cases before taxes). The final determination on base pay for this position will be based on multiple factors, including maintaining pay equity within the organization. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible to participate in a Sales Incentive Plan (“SIP”). The SIP is set annually and allows for substantial growth. SIP amounts are determined at the Company’s discretion based on company and personal performance and other factors. Presently, SIP awards for this level are based on a target of $32,000 (which is set annually).
