coordination with other Division and District Project Controls
staff for identifying, monitoring and resolving claims and change

consultants as needed for claim and change resolution.

- 7+ years’
experience in construction engineering, project management or
project controls required.
- Experience with
complex scheduling, cost control processes, claims/change
preparation and dispute resolution procedures required.
- Knowledge of
construction contract agreements and change order processes
- Knowledge of
various methodologies for claims pricing and
- Proven written
and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of
accounting principles, including construction accounting,
leadership and influential skills. Able to effectively work and
communicate with all levels of the company.
- Able to identify
contract specifications that delegate risk and provide appropriate
