Overview: DataStaff is currently seeking to fill a On Going contract position for a Customer Service/Call Center on a project with one of our direct clients here in Raleigh, NC . The position may be extended based on budget, need, and individual's fit within the department. The manager is only interested in local candidates at this time and will require a face-to-face interview for selection.Essential Job FunctionsAnswers incoming phone calls on behalf of client; provides accurate and appropriate information to callers.Places outbound customer service or customer satisfaction calls, as required by client.Completes call guides; gathers and verifies required information.Attends telephone skills and program information training sessions; adheres to established levels of service.Adheres to established customer service and documentation standards within required time frames.Adheres to contact center scheduling, ensures telephone coverage during contact center hours of operation.Performs clerical or administrative duties as assigned.Work EnvironmentOffice environmentMay require shift workBasic QualificationsHigh school diploma or G.E.D.Zero or more years of customer service or other telephone experienceExperience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technologyOther QualificationsBasic communication skillsAbility to follow oral and written directionsAbility to meet professional standards towards project and co-workersThis position is available on a corp-to-corp basis or as a W2 position with competitive benefits package .
