Job Description:

ASales/Customer Care Associateis responsible for ensuring a flawless Spa journey from beginning to end.

In this position we will expect the following qualities and attributes:

  • Ability to meet specific sales goals and metrics on a daily basis. Examples of metrics include membership sales, retail sales, customer satisfaction score thresholds etc.

  • 1 year of Customer Service and Sales experience
  • Professional presentation
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English
  • Ability to work with maximum accuracy
  • Efficiency and attention to detail, maintaining a sense of urgency at all times.
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment, must be self-directed, motivated and demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and openly in all interactions.

  • Providingoutstanding customer service by greeting clients upon arrival, scheduling services, answering phone calls, addressing questions and concerns, protecting client confidentiality, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for everyone in our location.
  • Promotingthe value of total body care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
  • Drivingmember retention through outreach via phone and email to current members.
  • Upholdingthe Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.
  • Protectingour workplace cultureby recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members.
