Ensures quality, standards and client expectations are met. Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business. Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the customers. Maintaining engagement with coalition partners Managing customer engagement with strategic and targeted customer messaging and interaction Create and manage a multicity customer engagement plan Provide superior customer service with all customer interactions Define and implement engagement standards and metrics for the engagement platform Maintain monthly employee engagement dashboard Enhancing employee engagement and retention Coordinate and execute customer engagement events to support organizational objectives Handling all aspects of customer service Using effective customer service techniques Utilizing quality customer service skills Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders and coordinate customer engagement strategy alignment Help the customer service team by being able to respond to customer requests Exceed the customer service metrics or KPI Lead implementation of initiatives to continuously increase engagement Ensuring the execution of customer service standards and customer satisfaction programs Serve as the district liaison on highly satisfied service and associate engagement Manage, and improve customer experience, engagement, and value realization Demonstrate expert knowledge customer, industry verticals the customer Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through accurate processing of customers Perform duties associated with marketing and sales training. Duties will include making sales field visits, assisting in the implementation of sales training, and customer education.
