Salary Grade: GN07 Salary Range: $32,703 - $51,904.

The primary purpose of this positionwill be to key and scan incoming documents, open incoming mail, review medical documents to determine if additional information is required and provide customer service to callers seeking assistance as well as walk-in customers. This position may also be responsible for updating, evaluating, researching, investigating all documents and court transactions to maintain the accuracy and consistency of individual driving records. This position has multiple responsibilities including, but not limited to processing involuntary commitments and adjudication incompetency court orders that will affect other agencies, keying and scanning recommendation sheets, fax documents upon request and provide customer's extensions as needed.

The program area includes one or more of the following areas: scanning, reviewing and/or updating documents related to driving records.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies

Qualified applicants must submit an application that clearly reflects work experience that demonstrates the following:

  • Experience with computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Mainframe database.
  • Experience with reviewing detailed information and records for accuracy purposes.
  • Experience with completing and maintaining records and reports.
  • Experience with customer service, resolving customers issues and communicating effectively both in oral and written form.
  • Experience using a 10-key number pad.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
