Lead Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Goal: To provide a safe, fast, clean, and friendly experience to the car wash customer and commit new members to our UWC program.

Level of Work: Time span is one day to three months with the job role being production and direct labor while perform the job function of connecting to customers and production using the tools and supplies at the wash and solving problems by best practice experiences and trial & error.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Production of a Fun & Interactive Wash Experience
  • Customer & Team Member Satisfaction
  • Organizational Capacity

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Working in all types of weather conditions
  • Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to lift 100 pounds

REQUIRMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Strong ability to solve process & customer problems with tact
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if called on
  • Must be professional in appearance & service
  • Work a minimum of 30 - 40 hours per week
  • Travel as appropriate
  • Follow the Zips Way Principles
