What you'll do:
As the Evening Customer Experience Representative, you will be
responsible for serving our members across all support channels and
providing legendary service during a set schedule that will always
start after 12 PM EST.
We're talking about the kind of legendary service that earns
awards, news coverage, goes viral and most importantly makes people
happy. This will take place via calls, live chat, email phone,
social media, random acts of kindness, handwritten notes, proactive
check-ins, being a great teammate, doing the right thing and behind
the scenes support working with compliance and the engineers.
You have an extremely imaginative and persistent mind and can run
multiple projects at the same time because you will wear a lot of
hats. You also love to think of new ways to get members active and
engaged within the app and improve processes and systems within and
outside the CX department.
The Evening CX Representative will be responsible for working a
full-time, set 8 hour schedule that will always start after 12PM
Who you are:
Multiple years of working experience in customer support
Outgoing, driven, customer obsessed individual
Great communication skills
Growth mindset, someone looking to jump start their career
Great time management skills
Ability to proactively resolve concerns in prompt, professional
Startup experience is a plus
