Job Description:

Key Accountabilities

The success of the Talent Acquistion Specialist will be measured using the following key performance indicators:

  • Partner with restaurant Area Directors and Directors of Operations to build productive relationships and support the selection process.
  • Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the sourcing and selection process by optimizing communication and selection tools.
  • Produce accurate and timely selection reporting to provide the Organization with relevant information.
  • Complete other administrative duties related to sourcing and selection, as assigned.
  • 100% accuracy and timely distribution of all reports.
  • Oversight of referral and developmental bonus program.

Core Activities

Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the sourcing and selection process by optimizing communication and selection tools.

  • Develop expert knowledge of the Organization's selection process, including relevant policies and tools.
  • Provide regular feedback and recommendations regarding selection tools.
  • Ensure timeliness in moving candidates through the selection process; and provide feedback to appropriate individual(s) or take corrective action, as needed.
  • Provide oversight to and appropriate feedback regarding adherence to the Organization's selection process.
  • Maintain and communicate knowledge of industry trends related to selection.

Partner with Area Directors and Directors of Operations to build productive internal and external relationships to support the sourcing and selection process.

  • Maintain regular Pipeline update calls with Operations partners.
  • Effectively manage communication with candidates to ensure they feel valued as an applicant.
  • Provide feedback to the Directors of Operations regarding Area Director sourcing/selection behaviors, as appropriate.
  • Serve as a resource and contact for recruiters (to be used sparingly).
  • Provide sourcing expertise to field Operations team.

Produce accurate and timely selection reporting to provide the Organization with relevant information.

  • Record and analyze data, as it relates to internal and external selection.
  • Record and analyze data, as it relates to management and hourly turnover.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Organziation regarding data trends.

Role Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Access, Excel, Outlook and Word)
  • Self-motivated, independent worker
  • Strong attention to detail

Preferred Education/Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or similar
  • PHR Certification
