We are currently seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant
for our Raleigh location to act as
the primary point of contact for new
and existing Southlight clients. Perform reception responsibilities
to include greeting, client check-in, check-out, collection of
appropriate co-pays and service fees associated with the visit, and
scheduling of appointments.

About SouthLight Healthcare
Founded in 1970, SouthLight Healthcare is one of the area's
largest and long-established nonprofit providers of substance use
treatment and mental health services. With outpatient and
community-based programs, SouthLight provides prevention, education
and treatment services in the Triangle and beyond. SouthLight has
multiple office locations throughout the Triangle area, serving
more than 9,000 clients each year. Services include adult
outpatient counseling, Intensive Outpatient Program, Psychiatric
Services and Medication Management, Opioid Treatment Program, Court
Deferral Program, Peer Support Services, Family Centered Treatment,
Community Support Team and a residential treatment program for
women and children and more.
Must be available to work part time Monday - Friday
Providing check in services for all scheduled client
Answer phones and provide appropriate information about the program
Schedule appointments for medical and clinical staff.
Make daily appointment reminder calls to clients
Collect and reconcile cash/credit card co-pays and service fees
from clients upon registration.
Verify clients' insurance benefits.
Provide general administrative support for the program including
filing, typing, copying, data entry and faxing in a prompt,
efficient and cooperative manner.
Educational and Experience
Minimum of high school diploma or GED
Behavioral Health front office experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Office Suite and Windows environment
with electronic medical records

organize resources and establish priorities.
