Bird's-eye view of your role -

We are looking for an organized, service-centric professional to work with our clients and set up them up with a foundation for success using Tamarac products and services. You will collaborate with internal teams, set new clients up in our internal systems, create contracts and statement of work documents for client projects, coordinate client consulting calls and assist with integration setup and support.

Your key responsibilities will be -

  • Client Engagement
  • A special capacity for connecting with clients and developing real relationships
  • Assist in triaging inbound support tickets to ensure proper attention from the appropriate Tamarac team
  • Explain the high-level technical functionality behind our product integrations and add-on features
  • Request and help clients execute legal documentation when adding products and integrations
  • Review and interpret client contract information to determine when new paperwork for products, services, etc. may be necessary
  • Coordinate consulting calls for the purpose of scoping projects
  • Referring to consultant write-ups, create and assist clients in executing statement of work documents for all types of client projects
  • Provide estimates of project hours for new clients and existing clients
  • Send client communication regarding contract renewals

  • Internal System Setup
  • Configure our internal systems - Zendesk, Salesforce CRM, proprietary user platforms - for new clients
  • Configure new client user logins new users in our proprietary systems, as well as Dynamics CRM
  • Change user permissions and delete users when requested
  • Process system wide updates when clients change their names and/or legal entities or terminate the products or their relationship with Tamarac
  • Coordinate with teams across the organization to solve client escalations
  • Add and format data in spreadsheets for tracking internal initiatives

You will have -

  • 1-2 years of account management or technical support, or experience in a similar role
  • Experience communicating with clients via phone and email in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience identifying areas where process improvement may be necessary
  • Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision in a results-oriented, fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Detail oriented with an ability to switch between job responsibilities quickly and seamlessly
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar field
  • Very good interpersonal skills, critical thinking, written and oral communication skills, and strong technical documentation skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required
  • Proven ability to make connections with the people you work with every day

We would love for you to have -

  • Experience reviewing contracts and working with Legal teams to draft and execute agreements
  • Experience working in the Financial Services sector or in a technical support capacity

How will your lofty goals be translated into specific actions / short term goals -

  • Within first 30 days, you will quickly get familiarized with systems and current process and tools
  • By the end of your first 90 days, you should have the ability to communicate with clients intelligently with respect to our workflow and work autonomously
