If you're ready to join a company that prioritizes their employees, apply today!In this role, you would have the opportunity to:* Manage a territory specific lead development pipeline sourced from inbound information requests and paid lead gen campaigns* Build and develop a target account list in accordance with Account Based Marketing practices through outbound prospecting and cold calling* Develop and execute strategic outbound calling initiatives to successfully drive attention to the organization's flagship products* Effectively communicate and develop cross-functional relationships with marketing team, sales executives, solutions consultants, account managers, and customer success managers* Promptly respond to company website chat application to obtain critical information regarding the visitor, understand the visitor's needs and interests, as well as appropriately route the visitor to the proper channel* Identify, understand, meet, and exceed quarterly and annual quotas, goals, and KPI's * Qualify all sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions* Conduct baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting call* Develop superior customer service relationship with prospects* Provide weekly activity report to management* Take a proactive approach in keeping up to date on company product and competitor product/market knowledge via website, on-line webinars, and internal collaboration* Update prospect interaction in CRM application daily* Train on and leverage the latest in marketing and sales technology such as: CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales Cadence Tools, Data Prospecting Tools, and Social Prospecting ToolsThe successful candidate for this role will have the following qualifications:* Minimum of 1-year inside sales or lead generation experience* Proven track record of success in prior professional endeavors* Demonstrated ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within deadlines* Desire to work in a high energy, sales team environment* Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, v-mail, MS Office)* Outstanding written and oral communication skillsFM:Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
