Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargo's infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. --EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.We are looking for an information security engineer to assist with our automation efforts for the Identity and access management processes. --This team member will provide solution design, requirements gathering and quality assurance support for the business process automation engineering teams and Enterprise lines of business. --Preferred candidate should have knowledge in Identity and Access Management processes,Test Case Automations and should have the ability identify the opportunities for automating the business processes. The candidate should have knowledge with various Identity and access data elements and various IAM functions. ------This position will support the IAM Organization in knowledge and alignment with Enterprise Information Security (EIS) and IAM organizations for access needs.----- Deliver Application Support, Test Automation across Wells Fargo EIT supporting Access Management initiatives.--- Works with a variety complex applications and/or application initiatives.--- Provide Support and automate for Regression testing, control validation testing for IAM tools.--- Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs.--- Assist with automation of IAM processes--- Build and maintain strong relationships within a variety of teams throughout the organization.--Successful candidate will work closely with the various stake holders within IAM, --Information Security Management, Risk, and --with business lines and technology leadership across the enterprise in the execution of the WF strategies/objectives. --Accordingly, critical success factors will include the ability to effectively engage in a matrixed organization, develop partnerships with many business and functional areas, and have a strong operational focus--Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of information security applications and systems experience
  • 4+ years of information technology applications and systems experience
  • 3+ years of experience with Selenium
  • 3+ years of Agile experience
  • 3+ years of IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience
  • 5 + years of automation or regression testing experienceDesired Qualifications
    • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsOther Desired QualificationsExperience with SOAP UI testing, Selenium and Oracle SQL3+ years of experience working with developing solutions for integrating various components3+ years of experience working with SDLC, devsecops, agile, including supporting and/or using --tools. --Ability to think both conceptually and detailed as needed.Ability to negotiate to achieve desired goals with a successful outcome for all parties.Ability to identify challenges, anticipate obstacles, influence and set direction, and resolve issues.Excellent documentation and communication skills (written and spoken) including Senior Management.Expert analytical skills with a keen ability to see how to translate needs of the teams into tangible deliverables.High level understanding of various development technologies, development environments, and infrastructure.--Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technology related field.DisclaimerAll offers for employment with Wells Fargo are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.
