Summary: This Business Unit Cyber Security Advisor position is a focal point for effective engagement between Global Security Services and Xerox Business organizations. The role ensures that cyber security is implemented for both the security of the business and meets all required regulatory and compliances as dictated by the business operations and clients. To be successful in this role will require: Developing relationships with many different stakeholders - IT Points of Contact as well as individual SMEs in end user compute, network, cloud, etc., contracting, OGC, and of course, Xerox Enterprise security team, GSS. Understanding basic technologies in use within the business and ability to assess controls against standardized frameworks Helping identify gaps and define action plans Maintaining scorecards against security and compliance requirements Primary Responsibilities: Support the business as the cyber security and compliance authority for Xerox. Advise and translate to the business on cyber security requirements, policy and regulatory compliance. Coordinate and drive remediation, as needed, against security standards. Review and advise on security requirements in contracts and architecture designs, with the assistance of GSS. Also, maintain awareness of the business's changing environment to ensure compliance to required regulatory requirements. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Drive special initiatives, such as DFARS CMMC Level 3 compliance. Knowledge and Skills Required: A broad understanding across security domains. Knowledge of and experience in security requirements, standards and practices including NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC2, COBIT, GLBA, SOX, GDPR, OWASP Top 10, SANS Top 25, etc. Knowledge of and experience in regulatory requirements such as ITAR, EAR, EAR with CCL, DFARS 252.204-7012, DFARS clause 252.204-7019, DFARS clause 252.204-7020, DFARS clause 252.204-7021, FAR 52.204-21, FOUO (For Official Use Only) Ability to write grammatically correct documentation that is comprehensive and technically accurate Experience coordinating and leading solution focused meetings between the business and/or other IT SMEs Demonstrate sound judgment to assess highest priorities; ability to manage time and resources appropriately Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; attention to detail a must Must be a highly motivated, have lots of energy, and be able to learn and work with little supervision Strong oral communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of management. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple open items of varying size concurrently Uncompromising personal and professional integrity and ethics Education and Experience Required: B.S in computer science, information systems, information security, engineering or related field. At least 5 years of cyber security related experience. One or more Industry-standard security certifications (such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CTPRP). Experience in a technology company's business support a plus.
