Job duties include, but are not limited to:
+ Overseeing day to day operations of the Screening and
+ Continual calendar review for cost-effective use of resources;
including logistics planning and Team assignments.
+ Hiring, training, and supervision of Screening Team
+ Review of Team members' time sheets and expense reports.
+ Support and oversee the Scheduling Team and QA calendar.
+ Conducting Site Visits as needed.
+ Random unexpected Site Visit checks for Screening Team.
+ Overseeing QA Team and assist as needed.
+ Coordinating between Screening/Scheduling/QA Teams and
+ Assisting NC Division of Health Benefits (DHB) with queries
and requests as needed.
+ Troubleshooting escalated (Scheduling and Site Visit) provider
issues and resolve conflicts.
+ Providing education to providers when applicable after
completion of QA and review.
+ Quality control checks subsequent to Site Visits
+ Developing team meeting agendas and facilitating meetings
(weekly, bi-weekly, monthly - as needed).
+ Assisting in establishing, updating, and maintaining protocol,
documentation, forms, and training manuals for Screening and
+ Special projects as they arise.
+ 3+ years supervisory experience in a Healthcare
+ Medicaid experience and Bachelor's preferred
