Tax Senior Manager - Historic Tax Credits

ThisTax Senior Manager rolewillfocus on the growing Historic Tax Credit space. As a valued member of ourCredits and Accounting Methods (C/AM) Practice, you will work with an excellent team of CPAs and tax law experts.This tight-knit group offers unparalleled knowledge and service in the area of tax credits and accounting methods and helps clients identify and realize value-added opportunities.

As a leader in thisNational Specialty Tax Practice, your insight is valued and welcome. You will help develop the vision, strategies, and action plans to grow Cherry Bekaerts C/AM Practice. You will work with a wide range of clients across the firm to provide valuable Historic Tax Credits insight and advisory plans, contributing to the growth of top-line revenue. One of your most important roles will be to help mentor junior colleagues and build a strong team.

What do you need for this role?
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, engineering, technology, or related field. A CPA, MST, MAcc, LLM or JD is required. Minimum of 5 years experience in federal tax compliance or tax consulting services. Ability to travel up to 30% to meet with clients. Proven knowledge of the Historic Tax Credit Desire to participate in strategic planning initiatives Strong project management and organizational skills
