This leader will support our North Carolina offices leadership to increase our client base, build the land development practice and grow market share across region by:


  • Coordinating and working closely with fellow Market Leaders.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships and trust with senior market-focused staff.
  • Understanding and securing market opportunities within Charlotte and Raleigh metro areas; lead preparation and execution of annual regional business development plans, and coordinate with local teams and other Market Leaders across the region.
  • Build the land development team in Charlotte and Raleigh. Increase the Land Development staff capabilities, skill set and establish succession planning. Initially projects delivery will be supported by the land development resources from Mid-Atlantic Region offices until the local Land Development team’s depth is established in Charlotte and Raleigh offices.
  • Developing and communicating a long term (3-5 year) strategic market plan for North Carolina working with Market Leaders across the region in support of and response to the current Strategic Plan.
  • Educating and sustaining “market focused awareness” across the North Carolina region.
  • Supporting Regional Manager and Service Leaders with senior staff recruitment, training, mentoring and retention.
  • Strengthening business partner/teaming relationships and client management systems, and
  • Leading and/or supporting key strategic initiatives as outlined in the Strategic Plan.

  • 20+ years of increasing engineering experience on complex projects and team management
  • PE licensure in North Carolina
  • Experience in developing and compiling/producing site plans, construction documents, specification, and engineering reports


New employees will be onboarded virtually and begin their employment from home. We are in the process of planning for a safe return to the workplace in alignment with government and CDC guidelines.
