Description:Day to Day:-Travel to customers sites 3 weeks per month to supervise machinery installs and debug equipment-Perform software (PLC) and machinery debugging and start up on site. -Train customers on machinery operation and maintenance-Coordinate with customers and the home office as needed-When not traveling provide customer support from Louisville-Great communication and presentation skills needed, for great customer service and experienceSkills:PLC Programming, Debugging, Electrical System, Machinery, Pneumatics, Troubleshooting, Field Service Engineer, allen bradley plcTop Skills Details:PLC ProgrammingMachineryTroubleshootingAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Qualifications:- 2 year degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related field- 1-5 years experience with machinery troubleshooting and debugging, including control panels and electrical circuitry- 3-5 years experience with programming industrial hardware and software:Allen Bradley RS Logix 500/5000 PLC's, Siemens S7 would be a great value add for their European customersPanel View/RS View HMIIndustrial CommunicationsVFD's and ServosAbility to interpret electrical, mechanical and pneumatic schematicsExperience with stretch wrapping equipment highly preferred (Wolftec, Robopak, Alliant, Orion, Veritiv, Unisource etc) About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
