Outbound Calls - Helping Cancer Patients (Raleigh)This is an independent contractor position. You can work from your own office anywhere in the United States.We are looking for someone to make outbound calls to help cancer patients get financial compensation.Cancer patients fill out a form on our website and request help with financial compensation. Your job is to help them. Training will be provided with videos and role play.Job Requirements:You will need to:- Make outbound calls to warm leads- Filter the cancer patients on the phone by asking them a series of questions- Follow up with leads and get them to sign electronic documentsYou must be good enough with technology to be able to use google drive, docs, sheets, lead management software. Training will be provided on each of these tools, but you must be comfortable around technology.Standard 9-5 business hours are NOT necessary. You can choose your own days and hours.
