Job Description:
* * * Direct Hire Opportunity--in Raleigh, NC * *
*Government-funded company seeking an IT professional with a
background in software development with C/C+ and Cybersecurity. The
company provides employees an exciting working environment with
opportunities for continuing education and professional
development.--Company specializes in emerging security applications
that are not well served by traditional IT solutions. We are
product developers first and security experts second.Required:* 3-5
years of professional software development experience* Strong C/C++
programming skills required* Knowledge in Python * Knowledge of
computer and network security principles such as cryptography and
intrusion prevention* Advanced knowledge of computer and network
security* Experience with wireless communications, protocols, and
security* Experience in software product development using secure
software development methods.* Embedded development skills
targeting ARM or similar architectures.* Security+, CISSP, or
similar security certifications, must be able to obtain Security +
within the first 6 months of employment. * Ability to work in a
fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment as part of a small team and
execute complex development tasks with limited supervision* Good
written and verbal communications skills adequate to prepare
software documentation, participate in technical proposal
development and work with external customers* Agile experience * BS
in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer
Science; Master's--/ Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer
Engineering, or Computer Science preferred* Must be able to pass a
stringent government background check W2 only, no Corp to Corp. We
