This associate will work with local, national, and global clients across our platform. The ideal candidate has four to seven years of work experience in corporate law, with experience in public company securities compliance required. The candidate will be working with the corporate practice---s growing capital markets clients, and at least four years of experience with 1934 Act reporting and 1933 Act financings is desired. Additional general corporate experience is desirable but not necessary.Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
