We are looking for an IT professional with at least two years of experience as a systems/network administrator to join our growing team. If you are passionate about privacy and security, this is the job for you! Systems/Network Administrator Basic Qualifications:--- High School Diploma--- CompTIA A+--- Occasionally lift/pull up to 50lbs independently--- Minimum SECRET security clearance - current and fully adjudicated Preferred Qualifications:--- College Degree in a related field, or comparable educational experience--- 2 years of experience as a System Administrator--- CompTIA Network+--- CompTIA Linux+--- CompTIA Security+--- Microsoft Key Skills:--- A solid understanding of networking, and how infrastructure services interact (e.g. DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLANs, routing)--- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities--- Ability to juggle multiple projects with different priorities--- Respond to users via help desk ticketing systems--- Excellent customer support skills--- Configure and maintain servers, VoIP Phones, mobile phones, laptops, Apple devices and other networking devices--- Excellent Linux knowledge--- Act as part of an on-call rotation and respond to outages as needed Services to be familiar with:--- Linux (Debian)--- MacOS & iOS devices--- Office Suite--- OpenVPN--- OpenStack--- NextCloud--- Mattermost--- SIP & XMPP services
