Job Description Drive the direction & execution of our quality
function and strategy across all products including web, mobile,
implementation with a heavy focus on 21 CFR Part 11, 21 CFR Part
820, ISO13485, and ICH GCP principles.
Define the overall testing methodology and approach including
determination of use of automation versus manual testing strategy
in collaboration with QA team lead, project managers and
Hire, train, motivate and manage team of exceptional QA
engineers with team of +40, across 3 continents.
Coordinate efforts with VPs of service delivery, product
management and engineering to ensure efficient and timely delivery
Contribute to build a high performing engineering culture that
is technical and data driven.
Guide decisions with regard to building new vs. competing
internal implementations vs. buy services. Champion quality as a
collaborative effort across the engineering, data science, product
and design organizations.
Qualifications Technical background demonstrated with relevant
work experience or education.
Developed and implemented QA strategies/processes which matured
over the years to deliver high-quality SaaS Products. Specifically
demonstrating most advanced skills in the following areas:
Test Optimization • Backend process automation through API and
UI Automation strategies for Web and Native Mobile
End to end-use case/Integration test coverage across different
Expert on Automation frameworks and demonstrably achieved high
degree of automation coverage across all test suites.
Mentored and grown Managers, Sr. Managers, and built a
successful succession pipeline.
Partnered with Product, Engineering |and Service Delivery teams
in developing and implementing a consistent and reliable
Worked in engineering organizations with the right level of
collaboration and processes that scale to support an engineering
team size of +50 and service delivery the size of +35.
Proficient in communication and able to communicate team and
company values and culture.
Additional Information Technical background demonstrated with
relevant work experience or education. Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Preferred)
Familiarity with clinical trials, drug development, SAMD and/ or
life sciences technologies
Familiarity with server and client-side international concerns
