Kellanova invites applications for the position of Maintenance Technician within our Engineering & Maintenance department. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the equipment and systems that produce our beloved products. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventive measures to keep our manufacturing processes smooth and efficient. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the quality and efficiency of our production lines in a dynamic and innovative environment. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all manufacturing equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner. Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and machine downtimes. Collaborate with operations teams to enhance machinery functionality and uptime. Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols at all times. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals Proficient in using hand and power tools Good communication and collaboration skills Problem-solving aptitude Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) preferred OSHA Safety Certification is beneficial
