Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 yearly Responsibilities: Represent
clients in criminal defense cases, ensuring their rights are
protected and their voices are heard. Conduct thorough legal
research and analysis to build strong defense strategies tailored
to each client's unique situation. Collaborate with a dynamic team
of legal professionals to share insights and develop innovative
solutions. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients,
keeping them informed and empowered throughout the legal process.
Negotiate skillfully with prosecutors to achieve favorable outcomes
for clients. Prepare and file legal documents, motions, and briefs
with precision and attention to detail. Attend court hearings and
trials, presenting compelling arguments and evidence on behalf of
clients with confidence and professionalism. Qualifications: Must
have a JD degree and hold an active NC law license in good
standing. Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in criminal defense or
a related field. Strong skills in research, writing, and
negotiation are essential. Ability to collaborate effectively as a
team member. Demonstrate a client-first approach with high
emotional intelligence. Consideration given to small firm owners
looking to focus solely on practicing law. Must be able to pivot
