Representing clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute in civil litigation and conducting legal research and analysis.2. Providing expert legal advice to clients on their rights and obligations.3. Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and litigating complex family law matters, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and property division.4. Preparing and drafting legal documents, such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts.5. Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop legal arguments, motions, and other case filings.6. Developing strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.7. Monitoring changes in legislation and advising clients accordingly.8. Supervising junior attorneys and paralegals, providing mentorship and guidance.Qualifications:To qualify for the role of Senior Associate Attorney, you must have:1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.2. Admission to the North Carolina State Bar and good standing.3. A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Family Law Attorney, with a focus on divorce and child custody law.4. Proven track record of representing clients in complex family law cases.5. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex legal concepts to clients.7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle large amounts of data and legal documents.8. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases and tasks, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.9.
