We're currently seeking an experienced portfolio manager who can add a fresh, unique perspective to our team.In this role, the manager will support the lifecycle of a global portfolio for the IT Business Applications projects, with focus on SAP initiatives and new demands. This includes managing the demand process, ensuring budgets exists or new ones are approved, leading projects, optimizing standards and templates, identifying areas for improvement, reporting analyses, and training team members.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Implementation, development, monitoring and management of an operative and strategic portfolio planning with focus on SAP ECC / SAP S/4 incl. Cloud setup and Integrations.
• Create visibility of IT execution portfolio and provide governance & transparency to ensure the execution within approved time, budget, and scope
• Maintaining the demand pipeline and act as primary partner for the business functions to capture, structure, align and plan business demand and match this demand with the IT supply functions' capacity.
• Adhering to the IT demand process and prioritization and alignment of the demand requests
• Create visibility of IT execution portfolio and provide governance & transparency to ensure the execution within approved time, budget, and scope
• Responsible for the portfolio management tool and guidance for project managers
• Responsibility for Prioritization to foster a balanced Portfolio in cooperation with Business and IT Function Heads and Units
• Manage day-to-day portfolio and project activities, establish working plan for each project phase
• Facilitate project reviews and checkpoint meetings
• Analyze key performance indicators to produce reports on portfolio and projects
• Escalate issues that threaten portfolio and project success
• Act as project lead mainly for SAP implementation and enhancement projects
• Align the overall portfolio with the target enterprise architecture and align integration needs within the schedule and project timelineExperience and Qualifications
  • 3 plus years' experience in a position of equal scope and responsibility
  • Experienced in IT project management and project methodology
  • Knowledge of ERP functionality especially in SAP (ECC or S/4). Experience from a functional point in at least one key area (Finance, Supply Chain, Reporting, Analytics) of SAP
  • Knowledgeable of integrations with enterprise platforms, such as CRM and 3PLs
  • Understanding of information security and data privacy aspects and impacts of cloud applications
  • Alternatively, experience as a project team member, particularly for implementation of Business Applications and on large scale IT/Business projects
  • Expertise in pharmaceutical or medical device industries preferred, knowledge of validationSkills
    • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and workload planning skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to develop and visually present ideas and concepts to both IT and business stakeholders
    • Customer focus and service management attitude with a problem-solving attitude
    • Team-oriented collaboration and good communication and presentation skills
    • Effective at interacting with IT staff, Business Staff and Senior Management
