Join us as an Identity and Access Management Technology Architect and contribute to our organization's security framework. -Role Overview:As an Identity and Access Management Technology Architect, you will play a key role in shaping our security landscape. Your expertise will be crucial in orchestrating application deployments, establishing robust connector configurations, and designing tailored rules to enhance our IAM structure. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll contribute to workflow design, third-party system integrations, and the development of API services for streamlined access policy management. -Responsibilities:

• SME in SailPoint implementation, SDLC, IAM, SailPoint IIQ best practices.
• Lead application development, connector configuration, and custom rule development to optimize IAM processes.
• Guide and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and contribute to defect resolution.
• Monitor application health, respond to provisioning inquiries, and configure roles, policies, and certifications for governance compliance.
• Spearhead source code management and build processes for SailPoint IdentityIQ/AzDo
• Drive application onboarding, analyze authorization models, and identify account/access metadata for provisioning.
• Design and develop API services for streamlined access policies and external integrations.
• Create reusable rules, tasks, forms, and reports within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Perform SailPoint solution configuration, patching, and administration for optimal performance.
• Provide troubleshooting support during projects and post-production.
• Maintain up-to-date standard operating procedure documents.
• Mentor developers, operations, testing and document run books. -Qualifications:
  • SME in SailPoint implementation, SDLC, IAM, SailPoint IIQ best practices
  • Profound experience in Identity and Access Management, especially SailPoint solutions.
  • Expertise in application deployment, connector configuration, and workflow development.
  • Strong knowledge of custom rule development and third-party system integration.
  • Proficient in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution.
  • Record of leading code deployment and maintaining application health.
  • Familiarity with provisioning, deprovisioning processes, roles, policies, and certifications.
  • Proficient in source code management and build processes for SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard applications and develop API services.
  • Proficiency in designing workflows, forms, rules, tasks, and reports within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Effective problem-solving skills for application-related challenges.
  • Strong documentation skills for maintaining procedure documents. -Key Skills and Experience:
    • Extensive experience with SailPoint IIQ, report generation, enterprise directories.
    • 4 to 8 years of SailPoint Identity IQ installation, integration, deployment, and maintenance.
    • Proficiency in CI/CD best practices and technologies like git, Jenkins, terraform.
    • Strong familiarity with databases, application servers, operating systems, and network infrastructure.
    • Expertise in Agile methodology and [Azure DevOps / other Agile management tool].
    • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
    • Organizational proficiency for driving solutions to fruition.
    • Ability to translate requirements into business-relevant language.
    • Subject matter expertise in Identity Governance and Administration.
    • Proven ability to work independently and within diverse project teams. - -
