EPM Cloud Consultant

Our team focuses on North American based clients using our
back-office cloud applications. Our resources are primarily located
in North America and India. We're growing fast, and we need
consultants ready to bring their unique skills, energy, and
creativity to help us continuously innovate how we deliver
world-class client experiences on cloud applications projects.
EPM Consultants who join Oracle Consulting need to bring business
domain and industry expertise to develop leading practice,
enterprise applications. Our back office functional consultants
possess the capabilities of functional, process, and system usage
knowledge combined with the necessary consulting skills to be able
to consult and coach our clients through transformation.
We are looking to hire innovative EPM consultants who can
consistently and creatively identify solutions to address the needs
of our clients for cloud applications. Key characteristics of EPM

Responsibilities
Specifically, you will be responsible for deliverables at every
phase of the software implementation lifecycle such as:
Preparing for, facilitating, and gaining agreement on global
design.
Documenting the client's as-is process flows and communicating best
practices for the to-be optimal state.
Adapting the solution for localizations or business processes
specific to a client's business unit.
Documenting and gaining agreement on the client configuration.
Developing a test strategy to validate the solution and confirming
successful deployment.
Identifying risks or issues associated with assigned tasks; taking
initiative to proactively alert project leadership of any risks or
issues.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific
to the stated location(s)
California Pay Range: from $88,900 to $178,000 per annum. May be
eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $84,000 to $160,200 per annum. May be
eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $84,000 to $169,100 per annum. May be
eligible for bonus and equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $93,900 to $169,100 per annum. May be
eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to
account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market
conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products,
industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the
preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible
employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for
vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per
week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first
three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years
of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working
between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20
hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire.
Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each
year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
