What You'll Do:
Lead efforts to develop new systems and updates to existing systems, which include requirements analysis and definition, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and sustainmentRe-engineer current systems to allow for flexibility, stability, and scalability while preserving existing functionalityDesign and deliver new features and applications according to requirements and design specificationsParticipate in the project lifecycle by designing, storyboarding, prototyping, developing, testing, deploying, and implementing custom business applications using the latest tools and technologiesWork with business users to define requirements and features and provide status reporting on development and maintenance tasksParticipate as a team member and share technical knowledge with other developersLead and provide mentoringProvide timely and accurate communication to project leaders in oral and written formatsOperate independently and lead code reviewsProvide analyses and assists project managers in preparing level-of-effort estimates; clearly articulate progress against the current projects; be highly productive while balancing the need for quality and agilityPerform application support as required; provide the appropriate level of documentation for solutions and contribute to the development knowledge baseRecognize and communicate opportunities to improve current applicationsProvide technical support, release information and integration assistance to IT operations and support deployments into productionImplement DevOps strategies to improve automation and reduce wasteStay current with emerging technologies and trends

What We're Looking For:
BS/MA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related area; or equivalent work experience5 - 10 years of experience as a software developerMinimum of 5 years of experience using C#/.NET technologiesMinimum of 3 years of experience with SQL Server, MVC, Entity Framework and JavaScript UI librariesExperience with Adobe ColdFusion is a plusAgile methodologiesREST servicesGit and source controlObject-oriented programming, web development, and UI/UX technologies
