In this role you will utilize your operational, technical, and project management skills to create process maps and ascertain business requirements from development teams and studios across the company. In partnership with those teams, subject matter experts within Aristocrat Labs, and IT, you will design the path between current and ideal end state.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORJOB REQUIREMENTS (WHAT YOU'LL DO)

• Interact with key stakeholders and end users to understand their challenges and feedback on current systems
• Represent the partnerships with continuous communication to ensure their requirements are met.
• Document business requirements and workflows that provide a solution-oriented view for stakeholders
• Ascertain the validity of all business technology solutions and the impact it will have on our company's existing partner processes, procedures, and functions.
• Collaborate with teams to continuously improve the overall user experience for internal systems and processes
• Identify areas of difficulty for the integration process.
• Work with teams to identify and implement training for new technology applications and solutions.
• Perform user acceptance testing to validate that technical implementation is in parity with the business requirements.QUALIFICATIONS (WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR)REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 5+ years of experience working as a BA to elicit, analyze, validate, consolidate, and prioritize business and systems requirements
  • Working knowledge of Agile principles and the role of the BA in this methodology with a solid understanding of SDLC
  • Skilled at writing requirements specifications
  • Experienced in working across multiple delivery workstreams
  • The ability to demonstrate through examples, the effective management of stakeholder relationships at all levels internally and externally
  • Proven track record of successful delivery of technical projectsPREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
    • Data driven mindset with experience using SQL or other query languages to produce data driven metrics and reports
    • Strong background in business intelligence or data engineering, particularly having experience in data pipeline development and management
    • Experience working with version control software, Atlassian stack, and Slack
