a key priority and critical enabler. Whats unique about this role
is that we are trying something new. You will be a member of the US
Talent Acquisition team and directly embedded in the Americas
business leadership team with a seat at the table to understand
future business critical requirements and shape how we develop and
deliver our hiring culture. Your responsibility? Delivering talent
to meet business critical needs across our business in the
Americas, working closely with your local and international
teammates, collaborating with an extended network of talent
acquisition partners in the 26 countries where we hire.As an
Executive Sourcing Lead, you will own it. .
- Implementing innovative sourcing solutions to ensure a
sufficient pipeline of candidates to satisfy planned and
opportunistic business growth. Identifying relevant passive
candidates via a variety of tools and platforms - LinkedIn
recruiter, google, internal candidate database, GitHub,
- Partnering with local (US) and international Talent Acquisition
Partners to understand existing hiring needs across our businesses,
working directly with them on critical positions.
- Using and analyzing data trends to gain insights into how to
further extend and diversify our talent pools: their geography and
- Getting close to our leaders and candidates, building quality
relationships - understanding their needs intimately to coach and
deliver a great hiring match now or in the future.
- Pre-screening candidates for suitability, figuring out their
part in our growth mindset and empowerment culture. Optimally
aligning the employer value proposition with the candidates
capabilities and career goals.
- Active in our Grid Software Ambassador group, promoting our
employer brand and value proposition in targeted talent markets and
- Collaborating with our global network of People and
Organization partners in country to deliver an effective selection,
close, pre-board and onboard of our new joiners around the
world.What qualifications will you bring to the table?
- 5+ years of Executive Search and/or Senior level recruiting
- Extensive experience in Sourcing for senior technical and sales
roles - Enterprise and Cloud Software Development plus DevSecOps.
Advanced Boolean search expertise is a benefit. Knowledge of
different sourcing platforms and using social media for sourcing.
Dexterity with recruiting tech.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable
meeting with C-Suite leadership.
- Experience working with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn,
Visage, and more to find and cultivate relationships with top
- Excellent collaboration - candidate networking, care skills,
hiring leader relationship development.
- Market research and market intelligence experience. A data
insight driven approach, the application of recruiting mtrics and
ability to adjust approaches based on data.
- Experience in tech hiring across US and/or Americas with an
already established network of prospective talent in the
- Strong organizational skills the ability to plan, drive and
track metrics for multiple recruiting programs. The ability to work
to tight hiring timelines, 4-6 weeks cycles.
- Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (we use
