- Create and execute recruitment plan to operational needs
- Source, screen, interview and hire qualified candidates to meet
team needs
- Create onboarding plans and educate newly hired employees on HR
policies, internal procedures, and regulations
- Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their
documents, benefits, and attendance records
- Collaborate with outside vendors, upper management, and
employees to maintain standards conscripted by authorities
- Use specific software to manage payroll (ADP) and employee
benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and conduct absences
administration
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to
performance evaluations
- Coordinate and develop performance plans for employees
- Support employees with efficient problem-solving solutions when
any human resources issues arise
- Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable
recommendations based on data
- Investigate employee complaints thoroughly and respond
appropriately
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing
applicable human resources federal and state requirements and
conducting investigations.
- Remain compliant with all latest HR trends and best
practices
- Reinforce company policies, rules, and procedures
regularly
- Assist in other ad hoc projects as neededQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business
Administration, or related field
- SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience working in the human resources
field
- Experience using ADP Workforce and applicant tracking
systems
- At least one year of experience in labor relations and
compliance
- At least one year of experience managing compensation and
benefits programs
- Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at
all levels of the company
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of
confidentiality when handling sensitive informationAdditional
