It all begins with you.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter in Human Resources as part of Talent Acquisition Strategy Delivery Executive Recruiting Team.   • Lead in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Executive Recruiting functional area and contribute to large-scale planning related to functional area deliverables.
  • Support various business segments within Wells Fargo and deliver full-lifecycle executive recruiting, developing relationships with multiple hiring executives and acting as the subject matter expert for specialized talent acquisition needs.
  • Primarily hiring for less complex, lower-level executive positions through actively managing the end-to-end hiring process - candidate communication, negotiating offer terms, and conducting reference checks.
  • Consult with recruiting counterparts, hiring managers, and HR business partners to develop search strategies to proactively recruit diverse talent for executive openings.
  • Maintain market specific intelligence relevant to the business and talent needs to include maintaining a network of diverse industry contacts/documents and report out on search progress, including candidate pipelines, diversity initiatives, and market related compensation.
  • Provide counsel to hiring managers during assessment and evaluation of candidates and act as primary negotiator and closer of selected candidates, as well as conduct thorough references on all finalist candidates.
  • Ensure a strong positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Develop a strong understanding of business issues within the industry and utilizes knowledge in search planning for appropriate company targeting.
  • Position and effectively articulate the Wells Fargo employment brand. Interact with and provide thought leadership to other executive recruiters within the Wells Fargo executive recruiter community.
  • Manage third party vendors efficiently.
  • Partner closely with Senior Executive Recruiters on more complex, senior level positions.
  • Provide leadership and consultation on various ad hoc projects focused on executive human capital initiatives within the LOB.Position Locations Include: Charlotte, NC; Raleigh; NC; Minneapolis, MN; Des Moines, IA; Dallas, TX; San Antonio, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Salt Lake City, UT; San Francisco, CA; New York, NY; St. Louis, MO; Philadelphia, PA; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL.Relocation assistance is not available for this position.Required Qualifications:
    • 4+ years of executive recruitment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
    • 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experienceDesired Qualifications:
      • 2+ years of direct, relevant, and recent experience in proactive recruiting executive level professionals in either a retained search, or contingency search firm.
      • 2+ years sourcing passive executive level candidates through referrals, warm leads and cold calls.
      • Demonstrated knowledge of executive recruiting techniques, recruitment plan development, sourcing methods and executive compensation strategies.
      • Proven experience in candidate research or managing a 3rd party research firm to complete name generation based on established target lists.
      • Documented success in recruiting diverse individuals.
      • Proven ability to negotiate and consult on complex compensation packages.
      • Demonstrated strong verbal and written executive communication skills.
      • Experience in working in a team environment with strong collaboration skills.
      • Knowledge and effective management of OFCCP guidelines and EEOC regulations.
      • Proficient with various contact management or applicant tracking systems.Job Expectations:
        • Ability to travelNYC Pay Range: $100,800 - $179,200 Note: Due to a city-wide mandate in New York City, all individuals who perform in-person work or interact with the public during business must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. At this time, this position falls under the scope of this mandate.
