Job Description SUMMARY The Associate Recruiter is responsible
executing the full life-cycle of search and placement services for
direct-hire opportunities and talent. This includes the development
of talent and client networks within specific industry and
profession verticals, as well as expertly managing the placement
process for clients and the talent to successful conclusions. This

RESPONSIBILITIES Develops client accounts and generate new business
through leads, referrals and various forms of marketing. Partners
with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
Analyzes hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods, and
creates and deploys client-specific and/or role-specific strategic
recruiting strategies and client marketing initiatives. Creates a
talent network of top professionals, passive and active, within a
designated industry and professions Conducts behavioral based
interviews and competency-based evaluations of talent. Assesses
talent and client requirements to ensure proper match, cultural fit
and overall compatibility. Manages and guides clients and talent
through the interviewing and hiring process to a successful
conclusion. Provides guidance and facilitates the negotiation
process Stays abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting
best practices. Builds and maintains subject matter expertise.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of recruiting and
placement activities in appropriate systems of record. Establishes
and maintains a network of industry contacts through participation
in professional/trade associations and other professional
networking organizations. Participates in special projects and
performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 1, Maximum of 3 years of successful
recruiting experience required. Preferably recruiting in the
following verticals: Manufacturing, Operations, Production, Supply
Chain, Logistics, OR Warehouse and Distribution. Minimum 1 year of
documented success in working remotely from home office. Recruiting
top tier, candidates or relevant industry experience is preferred.
Preferred experience in Perm and Temp recruiting. Preferred
experience working on a commission/draw. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &
ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS Willingness to learn and grow a successful
recruiting career Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and
in writing. Ability to establish and maintain effective working
relationships. Ability to focus on client and talent wants and
needs with a commitment to quality service and advise. Ability to
prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments
simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Ability to identify and
resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative
solutions. Ability to demonstrate business acumen and market
insight. Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand
employment-related laws, rules and regulations. Knowledge of and
the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems. Knowledge of
current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices and
methodologies. Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
