Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a full-time
Payroll & Benefits Manager
with 3 or more years of related work experience for a full-time
job, located in Raleigh-Durham, NC. This is a permanent role and
will be remote. Company would like someone from the local area.
Responsibilities:
Liaison between benefits and insurance vendors, as well as
employees and partners for benefit programs, for new hires, life
events changes, HAS contributions
Monthly review and validation of all benefits including medical,
dental, vision.
Handles transactions, billing as well as payroll administration
Processes payroll bimonthly
Researches and stays up to date on all compliance and
regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS, Word, Outlook skills
Payroll multi-state experience a plus
Knowledge of UKG/Ultipro HRIS system
HRCI or SHRM certification a plus
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role handling payroll and
benefits
