areas but excels in the provision of services for complex trials in
Rare Diseases, Oncology and Neuroscience.
Job Description
The HR Business Partner (HR BP) in the Ergomed Group is as a member
of the Global HR team and works closely with the business leaders
and line managers to understand business needs and provide HR
solutions to meet those needs. The HRBP performs at the managerial
level in support of employee relations, performance management, HR
projects and initiatives. The HRBP advises and coaches line
managers on people related issues and HR processes related to the
entire employee life cycle. The HR BP contributes to, implements
and maintains employee relations programs and is involved in
complex employee relations issue resolution in order to maintain
employee engagement while minimizing costs and risks. The incumbent
is expected to coach and manage junior HR team members supporting
and developing them into knowledgeable HR professionals.
The Human Resources (HR) Business Partner will be responsible
for:
Close cooperation with global HR directors and implementation of
departmental objectives through collaboration and coordination with
local HR teams
Develop and maintain strong team relationships with HR Centre of
Excellence (L&D, TA, HRIS and Analytics)
Day to day HR support to the business
Meeting key stakeholders to discuss people challenges
Bringing people expertise and developing solutions to help the
business area to deliver its strategy
Influencing and building relationships with people around the
business
Acting as a local point of people expertise for specialist teams
that are implementing new people approaches
Manage employee relations
Coordinate Exit Interviews and Stay Interviews and analysis
Manpower reviews and calibrations
Translate business needs into actionable HR programs
Implement corporate policies that promote a healthy work
environment
Ensure compliance with existing HR policies, programs, and
procedures, and regularly recommends and implements
improvements
Contribute towards the implementation of new and existing
initiatives
Participate in and support assigned business/region with annual
performance and compensation cycles
Discuss employees' career development paths with managers
Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
Liaise with the L&D team and support the learning and
development programs
Ensure HR staff addresses employees' requests and grievances in a
timely manner
Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
Handling employment relations issues such as grievances and
employee welfare.
Collaborating with other managers in the business, sometimes
internationally, to ensure the smooth running of the company from a
people perspective.
Partnering with senior operational staff including the HR director,
to establish and roll-out people-related strategy.
Overseeing staff attendance and absence monitoring.
Providing detailed HR reports to senior management teams. -
Administration of employee-related paperwork, such as employment
contracts, new starter packs, or formal notices of termination.
Leading new starter company inductions.
Managing talent pools and succession plans to ensure the company
can continue to operate in the future.
Overseeing training and development of team members. Provides
feedback and coaching, and conducts performance reviews and
additional people management activities. Works with the talent
acquisition team on hiring efforts.
Foster culture of loyalty and maximum productivity
Giving professional assistance at special HR projects by working on
project objectives; setting timetables and schedules; conducting
research; developing and organizing information; communicating
project status and issues; analyzing time and cost issues;
preparing reports on various Regional and Group HR activities by
collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Improving manager and employee performance by identifying and
clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing
selected solution; coaching and counselling managers and
employees.
Collaborating with legal, DPO, finance and other departments to
secure compliance of HR policies and procedures with local
regulations.
Qualifications
Excellent English skills (both verbal and written)
Experience as a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist in a
global company
At least 4-7 years of work experience in the HR field
Skills in relationship building and influencing are essential
Appropriate Degree / HR qualifications
Enthusiasm and excited to learn, professionally develop, and
contribute to the success of our company
Excellent IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet tools)
Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload
with attention to details
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to work in an international matrix environment and to
value the importance of teamwork
Ability to use data, metrics and evidence to inform and drive
decision making and change across their business areas.
