On behalf of our client, a global manufacturer of engineered
materials, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager . Reporting to
the Vice President of HR, this professional will be responsible for
working closely with our manufacturing operations team on employee
relations, onboarding and staffing while supporting our corporate
HR function in areas such as compensation, HRIS, benefits, legal
compliance, policy and procedure development and administration.
This individual will also partner with leaders on a broad range of
HR initiatives and programs in support of operations and lean

Champion initiatives for Talent Management. Identify, develop, and
implement talent processes and implementation of key talent
Evaluate and manage the current compensation structure (hourly &
salary) and making recommendations to improve market
competitiveness and alignment of wage structures to plant
operational needs. Help design corporate driven comp and benefit
programs as required.
Identify, develop, and/or implement training programs for managers
and employees, including management training, new hire training,
skill building programs, shop floor cross-training and training for
Manage employee relations issues, build engagement, and resolve
employee concerns effectively. Provide daily support to non-exempt
employees for all questions, concerns, and inquiries.
Assist with recruiting & hire non-exempt employees, conduct new
hire orientation, prepare materials, and complete on-boarding
paperwork for new employees.
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating existing processes and
focusing on improvement of tools, digitization, process controls,
etc. and increasing the overall efficiency of the HR function.
Experience & Competencies:
Bachelor's degree is required.
3 years of professional experience working in a HR Management role.
Manufacturing exposure highly desirable
Experience in a corporate HR function such as Benefits,
Compensation, Training or HRIS implementation
Experience in Continuous Improvement
