We strive to ensure employees feel heard and given the resources and support they need during the most important moments during their careers.We are seeking an HR Technology System Process Designer to lead technology solutions for HR programs. The ideal candidate will question common assumptions, rethink existing processes, and see every challenge as an opportunity for improvement. Were looking for an execution focused individual, who can look at the big picture from a user experience, technology and business standpoint. This role supports process and technology on a global scale.Required Skills: Identify and support transformative cross-functional initiatives to improve employee experience and business processes for HRUtilize knowledge of HR Systems industry practices, advanced techniques and solutions to design new processes, and solutionsTranslate business strategy and stakeholder needs into documented business & technical requirements for engineering teams, including process designs and user flowsPartner with Engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions and ensures acceptance criterias are metSupport shared vision across the HR and business functions by partnering with key internal business stakeholdersMaintain effective communication with project relevant stakeholdersSupport team leads of technology professionals with a focus on HR productsInfluence technical solutions by leveraging and maximizing suite of current and future technology investmentsEffectively leverage data dashboards and metric libraries to inform prioritization processes and engineering roadmapsLeveraging User Research to identify adoption opportunities for new products and improvements for current products, supporting user-centered activities such as concept testing and usability testingWork closely with HR program & product owners to understand strategic direction and goals of the businessMinimum Qualifications: 5+ years experience implementing employee-centric HR technology solutions5+ years experience creating business requirements artifacts, including process designs3+ years experience leveraging agile methodology to deliver solutions in collaboration with product/application managers, designers, researchers, data specialists and developersExperience influencing at all levels of organization, driving and implementing company-wide changesExperience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to drive business decisions & technology solutionsProven experience with communications, relationship management, partnership building and leadership influencing skillsExperience managing, growing, and developing individual contributors and leading and managing project teamsDemonstrated experience leading global technical projects end-to-end collaborating with cross-functional stakeholdersExperience with and knowledge of HR Processes to include employee lifecycle, rehires, internal movement, transfers, etc.Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Workday, Salesforce and Workplace by Facebook functionality including tenant configuration, data loads, and maintenanceEnthusiastic about solving complex, system-to-system integration problemsProven track record of effectively interacting with internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment with stakeholders and usersExperience with prototyping and wireframing digital solution with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar toolsExperience with data, integration and analytical related technologies (big data, relational data structures, industry reporting tools etc.)Industry: InternetEqual Opportunity: Facebook is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
