In this role, you will help turn this vision into a reality by ensuring we attract and select amazing people who align with our core values to Be the Good, Put Others First, Embody a Growth Mindset and Relentlessly Pursue Excellence.What will you do?As a Senior Recruiter at ROI, you will work within a close-knit HR and Recruiting team as we work to create a joyful, inclusive culture and work environment.More specifically, your primary responsibilities as our Senior Recruiter will be to:

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for roles throughout the organization including leadership and individual contributor roles on our client services (e.g., Paid Search, Programmatic, SEO and Social Media) and corporate services (e.g., Accounting, Development, Marketing and Sales) teams.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor and consultant to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Evaluate external labor market conditions and trends to develop recruiting strategies.
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect and qualify position requirements and expectations.
  • Develop and execute sourcing and recruit advertising strategies to deliver diverse, qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews by asking the right questions while keeping ROI's vision and core values in mind to find culture-add candidates.
  • Prepare and deliver offers, ultimately securing top talent.
  • Consistently hit recruiting metric goals and support your teammates in a collaborative manner.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our processes and translate your learning to recommendations to continuously improve our candidate experience and recruiting practices.

    • 6+ years in a Recruiting function with at least 2 years advising hiring managers in recruiting strategy and 1 year in candidate sourcing
    • Bachelor's degreeEssential Qualifications
      • Demonstrated performance serving as a subject matter expert in recruiting and/or talent acquisition
      • Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and influence all levels of the organization, third party partners and potential candidates; able to build trust in others based on knowledge and expertise
      • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and time while keeping hiring teams on track in a fast-paced environment
      • Self-motivated individual who is driven to support team success
