With 4,500+ employees, we support clients globally through six delivery centers in India, China, Chile, Romania, Egypt, and the US, along with 10+ onsite locations. Evalueserve is headquartered in Zug, Switzerland. Currently, Evalueserve works with 9 of the top 10 investment banks and several hedge funds and buy-side firms. The HR Coordinator will be involved in onboarding, working with new hire paperwork, healthcare, reporting, various coordinating activities, responding to employee requests, ad-hoc projects, and requests. The position is remote; however, the person needs to be in Raleigh or close to Raleigh so they can come to the office once a monthResponsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Acting as a liaison between employees and the business leadership team
  • Ensuring legal compliance by staying updated on federal and state laws, policy requirements, maintaining records, etc.
  • Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
  • Issuing new employees with Onboarding documents, supporting the new hires with benefits enrolments.
  • Assist with terminations, including exit interviews.
  • Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
  • Maintaining employee benefits programs and keeping employees informed on changes in policy, structure, etc.
  • Collaborating with the stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisorRequirements:
    • B.A. or B.S. degree in a related field
    • 2 plus years' Human Resources experience
    • Understanding of Human Resources practices and legal requirements
    • Flexible and eager to learn new things
    • Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Must be able to display a high level of adaptability in any given situation
    • Must be meticulous in handling assignments and be able to pay attention to details
    • Experience with Word, Excel and Power Point
    • Ability to maintain employee confidentiality
    • Superior attention to detailPreferred Requirements:
